Each year during the Mardi Gras festival in Downtown St. Marys, the Great Camden County Chili Cook-Off is held in the Gilman Waterfront Park. Anyone can enter the contest - just form a team, get out your best chili recipes & fill out the entry form on line. Individuals, Families, Businesses and Civic Organizations have participated each year. Thousands of people attend and vote for their favorite chili for "The People's Choice" award.
